IRobot PC Tablet with Android

The above video was five months ago, when the PC tablet arrived from my purchased on www.ebay.com

My daughter and I purchase two PC Tablet because they are advertised as google android tablet from ebay sellers. We are disappointed with these products. As the videos will show you why. But here are my takes on this product.

Likes:
  • Compact - Actual size is about 5x7 inches
  • Cheap - They were going for $99 - $120 from Ebay.com
  • Can use them as E-book reader
  • You can surf the web.
  • You can view pictures and videos.
Dislikes:
  • The battery only last up to 10-15 minutes
  • Don't even try using it outside in the daylight or a well lit room. The scree isn't so bright.
  • The power charger is too short. So if you want to use it comfortably, you have to use an extension cord.
  • WIFI - is too slow, even if you have fast high speed internet.
  • Video playback sucks. It has a time delay or skips. But the video sample that was included with it played beautifully, maybe I have to save my videos in tablet itself. Because I was playing them from the micro SD slot.
  • Can't play youtube videos. Although it was a youtube software, but it looked like is foreign youtube software, it doesn't look like its android.
  • It surfs the web slowly.
  • The video recording and image capture sucks. not quality at all. (But I will fiddle with it more and give an indepth review on the video and image capture camera)
I really got this because, I wanted to travel and be able to watch videos or listen to music, get on the internet, record a video blog. But it just doesn't have enough power for what I want it to do. as the saying goes: you get what you paid for.

Part 1 of 2 Video Review of Google Android PC Tablet.

I had to do a part 2 because you couldn't hardly see the screen on part 1. It was too bright in the room. I had to in another room that had less exposure to the sunlight. Another words this tablet is not good for daylight viewing. It work better or I mean you can see the screen better in dimmer room.

Review of HP P1006 Printer

This is my review of HP P1006 Printer. If you are trying to decide whether to get this printer, well, I suggest, DEFINITELY YES. This is the best black and white, desktop, compact, laser printer on the market.

What I like about this printer:
  • It cost me less than $100 at Bestbuy store.
  • Its compact size will fit any small home base business or office.
  • It's fast.
  • The print quality is good.
  • The toner of this printer cost about $60 to $80 at your local Office supply store. But what I do is purchase a no name brand toner on www.ebay.com for around $20.00 bucks. The print quality is the same and the print quantity is the same. The only difference is, your're saving money. That's why I love this printer.
  • There is no Drum to replace. Unlike other laser printer out there in the market, not only do you have to purchase expensive toner but you often have to replace your drum unit and sometimes can cost more than the actual printer. As what I've done in the past, instead of purchasing another drum, I just purchase another printer. Yep, I print a lot of black and white pages.
  • You barely gets paper jam. So print manual double sided documents, is a breeze with this printer.

Whitmore Rolling Utility Bag Review

I purchased the Whitmor Rolling Utility Bag from www.walmart.com. It took less than a week for bag to arrived at my house. I reside in a community where everything is pretty close, close enough to walk to and fro. I used to carry my book bag and purse with me to a coffee shop near by. My laptop bag started to feel heavy on me. Maybe because I carry a lot of gadgets. and I also carry a purse. I first purchased a book bag with wheels to carry all of my stuff. But I noticed the small wheels really couldn't handle some of these rough and broke side walks. So I wished for a bigger bag with wheels. and over a year later, I found out about the Whitmor Rolling Utility Bag. and I love it. The bag is made out of some type of canvas materials and I can just easily slide in my laptop bag or laptop sleeve along with other carry-on bags. It has 3 other pockets outside of the bags to hold and organize some of your items. The wheels are made out of tough plastic materials and the handle has an easy grip rubber. Overall, I love this bag and I'm planning to purchase another just in case the price goes up.

The video below, shows me unloading this folding shopping cart. So you can have a better idea on how much stuff you actually fit in it.

Review of Sanya Mirro cell phone

The Sanyo Mirro is a Boost Mobile Phone. This is a Boost Mobile Phone. I don't know if its available with other carriers. What I did notice about the phone is it doesnt have a sims card.

The Likes:
  • Screen size is about 1.5 in width and 2 in height
  • The keys are large and makes it easy to dial in number.
  • It takes pictures but no videos.
  • It cost me $50 at my local Walmart store.
  • Its unlimited talk, text, and web for $50.00 per month and no additional charges.
  • The best thing I like about this phone is you can check your email easily. Add additional email accounts and get notifications when new email arrives.
